There are two kinds automatic batching system for furnace of our company.
1. Longitudinal movable feeding way
Every furnace is equipped with a material feeding car, longitudinally moving and feeding, every furnace feeding independently.
The advantages: independent, reliable, high efficiency, several furnaces can work together and no affects to each other or work as backup. Disadvantages: cost much at first time, but this way is adopted mostly.
2. Lateral movable feeding way
The feeding car can move laterally to feed two or more electric furnace, a dual purpose feeding with less investment. The disadvantage is if the car is breakdown, it will not feed the furnace. Considering the material feeding opening and furnace cover position, this way is seldom adopted.(as picture)
